In public worship, we celebrate the greatness, goodness, and nearness of God. We listen and talk with God through music, prayer, quiet meditation, and the reading, preaching and hearing of the Word. It is through our attendance that we have the best chance to meet fellow-believers, get connected in smaller groups and form community. Ash Lane United Methodist Church is a place of worship for all persons and all ages! We celebrate Holy Communion on the first Sunday of every month, the commemoration of Jesus' last supper with the 12 Disciples. In the United Methodist Church, your participation is completely voluntary and is open to all people who love Christ.
